About Mission Smile Nepal

Mission Smile Nepal is an NGO that works to improve the overall standard of living of women
and children by bringing smiles to their faces. This organization is constantly progress-oriented
and committed to enhancing the well-being of children and women across Nepal. This non-
governmental organization (NGO) embarked on its journey in 2012 with the firm conviction that
"Focus on winning hearts not awards, awards follow when hearts are won and works are done,"
and set out on its trip. It obtained national recognition and was fully registered in 2017 in
accordance with the standards established by the Nepali government.

Our Mission

Mission Smile Nepal's fundamental tenet that is shaped and directed by a number of important
goals as follows:

1. Empowering through Knowledge: Mission Smile Nepal aims to empower women and
children by enhancing their awareness of and comprehension of socioeconomic, political,
cultural, and human issues.
2. Guardians of Rights: Mission Smile Nepal actively combats violations of women's and
children's rights in its quest of justice. In an effort to build a society where everyone's rights are
respected and preserved, it launches extensive programs targeted at defending and enforcing
these fundamental freedoms.
3. Eradicating Child Labor: Mission Smile Nepal has set the abolition of child labor in Nepal
as one of its major goals. The group works to make Nepal the first nation in Asia to be
completely free of any type of child labor by tackling the causes and effects of child labor. This
promise demonstrates its commitment to preserving the future of the country's youth.
4. Mission Smile: Child-Friendly Local Governance Nepal desires to become a role model.
Mission Smile Nepal aspires to transform Nepal into a model of Child-Friendly Local
Governance (CFLG).
