Kathmandu: Relief distribution has been provided to 50 households facing livelihood problems due to the ongoing lockdown imposed to control COVID-19. Food items were distributed through economic support available through the "My Nepal" Facebook page. Identified families affected by the deteriorating economic situation in various parts of Kathmandu were provided with relief supplies such as rice, oil, salt, and lentils. Anera Sawfyu's central member Shoba Sapkota and Jasmine Ojha had facilitated the relief distribution.

According to Jasmine Ojha, who was accompanied by Mission Smile Nepal's president, relief worth Rs 115,000 was distributed today. They also mentioned that pregnant women affected by COVID-19 would receive some cash support.
